A twin-turbo Huracán with a specific fabrication challenge: a custom exhaust that brings fitment, sound and appearance together, paired with a custom rear bumper for use without the factory bumper cover.
The finished rear: exposed turbo hardware, custom exhaust and an in-house powder-coated bumper.

01 / The exhaust
Fitment, sound
and appearance.
The Huracán arrived with its twin-turbo system already installed. Our scope centered on fabricating a custom exhaust and rear bumper around that existing setup.
We built the exhaust from 304 stainless steel, giving careful attention to routing and fitment while keeping the owner’s goals for sound and appearance in view. With the rear hardware exposed, the finished fabrication becomes part of the car’s character.

02 / The bumper

The owner wanted to run the car without its factory bumper cover, prompted by concerns about heat buildup around the cover. We developed a custom rear bumper to suit that open rear configuration.
Kenny designed the bumper in-house using CAD and fabricated it from 304 stainless steel. Honeycomb detailing complements the car’s styling, and in-house powder coating completes the green finish.
